Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with extensive experience supporting adults, children, and families across a range of settings. I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with a focus on helping clients feel more grounded and connected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from attachment-based, somatic, compassion-focused, and expressive therapies to support emotional regulation and self-understanding. I believe healing happens when the whole person is supported—mind, body, and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to slow down, get to know each other, and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals and what feels most supportive right now. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can begin building trust at your pace.
