Great to meet you!

As an independently licensed clinical social worker, I believe in meeting people where they are. I am glad you made it here. I've been practicing for several years, having made the shift from community based work to telehealth a few years ago. I specialize in working with adults experiencing symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I truly believe that collaboration is the most important part of effective therapy. In our work together, we would openly communicate about progress and any barriers. This work can be challenging, and I am here to support you throughout the journey.

What you can expect from me

My aim in the first session is to facilitate a warm environment where you can share your story and goals for therapy. You can expect that I will ask you questions to gently assist in this exploration. Towards the end, we will begin to create a treatment plan that addresses your goals for therapy.
