Great to meet you!

Allow me to introduce myself! I'm a queer identifying systems therapist who's passionate and committed to fostering positive change through a holistic path to well-being. I specialize in an attachment based approach centered around Emotionally Focused Therapy. LGBTQIA issues/identity exploration, communication concerns, non-monogamous relational issues, ADHD/neurodiversity topics and anxiety/stress management are all areas that I regularly help clients navigate.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working to create an inclusive space where you feel safe to emotionally explore yet challenged to grow in new ways.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to be continually structuring our time together to be centered around what you want to achieve. Each client that I work with is unique, therefore I take an experimental approach- taking time to find which tools/solutions fit best for you. Finding what works and what doesn't will help us make our way through the challenges you face.
