Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience supporting adults through grief and loss, burnout, caregiver stress, terminal illness, and life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida State University.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and focus on meeting you where you are. I often work with adults who feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of overthinking. Many of my clients are parents, caregivers, or helpers who spend their days taking care of others and feel guilty for needing support themselves. Others come in feeling scattered, behind, or frustrated with themselves for knowing what they should do but struggling to follow through.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and accepted, and where we can work together toward change that feels realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. I focus on creating a calm, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll start identifying goals that feel realistic for you, and you’ll leave with a clearer sense of what working together will look like.
