I’m happy for the chance to take part in your healing journey and my hope is to be a warm and uplifting presence throughout this process. I am a certified Brainspotting practitioner, and I actively use CBT, DBT, ACT, Seeking Safety, Family Systems, & Mindfulness in session and throughout treatment.

I have a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, where I work collaboratively with clients to address the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual scars that may be present.
