Great to meet you!

I believe the key to change is knowledge, awareness, and an avenue for healing. I start by first understanding the type of change you are desiring, then continue supporting you through taking steps towards your goals. Everyone's journey and timeline will look different, and I respect each client for where they are when we first meet. Therapy is not just about identifying strategies for making change, but for reminding people of their own power in making those changes happen.

A bit about my approach to therapy

During my years of experience, I have gained an eclectic array of services and utilized a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused to individuals ages 6 and up. I am certified in Trauma Focused CBT, which has been instrumental in helping children and teenagers who have endured trauma.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect an environment that is created to allow you to be your authentic self. I want the counseling space to be one in which you never feel shamed or judged for being who you are, but one where you feel known, validated, and respected.
