Great to meet you!

I am a licensed MFT with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach encompasses a wide range of evidence-based practices. I use Humanistic therapy to help you connect with your authentic self and values, while CBT allows us to look at and gently shift patterns of thought that might be causing stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy which helps to guide us in understanding how past experiences shape present emotions, helping you gain a deeper self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s brought you to therapy and explore what’s most important to you in this process. We’ll discuss ways I can support you on this journey.
