Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist with a deep commitment to supporting people through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with women, new and expecting parents, young adults and individuals who may be experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, relationship stress, or anxiety. In my practice, I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in your strengths. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to offer a safe, welcoming space where you can share openly and feel truly heard. In our sessions, I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic, meaningful, and tailored to your needs.

Whether you’re hoping to ease symptoms, build coping skills, or navigate a big life transition, I'll help you identify and build upon your existing strengths while developing new tools for growth and healing.

Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create the changes you’re looking for.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for you and create a realistic plan. I use a strengths-based approach, helping you recognize your resilience and build on the skills you already have while also discovering new ways to care for yourself and move forward.
