Great to meet you!

Welcome! I grew up in Montana and attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for my undergraduate degree in Psychology, and Loyola University Chicago for my Master's in Social Work graduating in 2016.

I take great effort to create a warm, nonjudgmental space to help clients feel seen and understood. I have experience working with youth, teens, and adults for the past 10 years and bring compassion, genuineness, honest reflection, and humor to clients in session.

I am a client-focused clinician who strives to help my clients restore their sense of self, increase their self-esteem, build meaningful relationships with boundaries, and obtain the goals they set for themselves.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy from a strengths based perspective, drawing upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). You can expect empathy, humor, and accountability to alignment with these approaches.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about supporting clients struggling with life’s difficulties, including those experiencing difficulty adjusting to a life transition, ADHD, Autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges with oneself and others.
