Great to meet you!

I hold a Clinical Psychology PhD and am licensed in Virginia and Tennessee. I specialize in addiction, anxiety/OCD, and relationship satisfaction. My training includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Trauma-Informed Care. Over the years, I've worked in clinical, community, and hospital settings.

Please email me at [email protected] if you would like to schedule a free consultation call to talk about working together, but none of the available times work for you! I'm happy to be flexible.

My approach to therapy

I'm a licensed therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I bring a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Specifically, I encourage our work to focus on sitting with uncomfortable thoughts and feelings so that you can live life according to what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to increase your life satisfaction. I want to empower you to make changes that give you purpose and help you feel alive and engaged on a daily basis. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to make a shift in your life, I’m here to support you with warmth, respect, and clinical expertise.
