Hi, I’m Sarah. I began my career in child welfare, concentrating on family of origin trauma and attachment issues. When working with clients, it is my utmost priority to respect every story and walk of life. Since 2009, I have worked with individuals, parents and families struggling with conflict, attachment issues, impacts from childhood trauma, depression and anxiety. During my time as a therapist, I also helped start a non-profit in Florida called Haven Retreats, existing to support foster and adoptive caregivers.

My approach to therapy

It's my passion to create a custom approach for each client and help lead them out of hurt and toward healing, hope and restoration. Now more than ever, people are struggling with anxiety, depression, broken relationships and a lack of confidence in their life. Together, we will create a plan to help you find purpose, build confidence and experience healing.

What you can expect from me

Please note: my hours are Monday-Friday 9am-2:30pm

During our time together, clients can address issues from their everyday struggles to complex trauma. Helpful therapy models may include CBT, Narrative, Attachment-based and Solution-Focused. A treatment plan will be created and practice work assigned afterward. Each person I work with can expect a non-judgemental experience, no matter their story. Please reach out to me before auto-booking to confirm availability and personality fit.
