Great to meet you!

If anxiety, depression, burnout, or addiction have been running your days instead of you, you're in the right place. I'm Sarah, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has spent the last six years helping people through addiction, stress, crisis, and the days that feel too heavy to carry alone. I'm passionate about learning what your goals are and helping you find manageable ways to reach them, big or small. Together we'll talk about what's going on in your world, and what you'd like to see different in it.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to let you take the driver seat, you are the expert in your own life, I am here to help with the problem solving and making things in your life feel more obtainable. Sometimes we need someone that will listen, not just as someone to vent to, but also to have someone that can help with innovative ways to solve a life problem.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other, no pressure to have it all figured out. You'll share what's going on and what matters most to you, and I'll ask questions to understand your world. We'll talk through what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping changes. By the end, you'll leave with a clear picture of what therapy with me looks like, and feeling like you've been heard
