Great to meet you!

Let’s be real - therapy should actually help. Not just feel nice (though that’s good too). You’re probably here because something isn’t working: maybe you’re stuck in your head, burned out, anxious, grieving, or just generally over it. You want things to get better, and I want that too. My style is active, collaborative, and goal-oriented. We’ll figure out what matters to you, what’s getting in the way, and what actually helps. I don’t just nod and ask how you feel about that (unless that’s useful). But if you want to feel seen, supported, and gently pushed, we’ll probably work well together.

My approach to therapy

I bring a behavioral foundation to the work (think ACT, CBT, DBT), but I’m not rigid. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll build something that fits. Clients often say they appreciate that I’m warm, direct, and fully human in the room. I’m a mom, I’ve got a complicated family too, and I know what it’s like to carry a lot while still trying to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space to do real work: honestly, flexibly, and together. If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels, let’s talk.
