I am a trauma therapist, specializing in cptsd, grief, childhood abuse/neglect and attachment wounds. I am EMDR certified and IFS informed. I am passionate to help people move through emotional and spiritual obstacles so they can live rich lives interpersonally and contribute to their community.

My approach to therapy

A warm, empathetic relationship between a counselor and client provides the context where growth and change can take place. I utilize Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, EMDR, IFS and Polyvagal approaches.
