Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I believe it is important to take care of your mental health to achieve happiness. That being said, sometimes, life gets in the way and you may need help to get it back on track! That's where I come in! My main focus for therapy is a warm, inviting space with clients ranging from 15-65+ who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, and depression.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about understanding yourself, learning new ways to respond to challenges, and building a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. I’ll meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you toward the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a get-to-know you session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure out a treatment plan! I strive to create a warm, inviting, nonjudgmental environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to achieve your goals.
