Great to meet you!

I believe in the heart of therapy: our strong bond shapes its effectiveness. Together, we'll craft and adapt our journey. Your self-understanding is key, and my approach respects your choices. I offer evidence-based tools, trusting the therapeutic relationship to lead. Embracing a holistic view, I consider thoughts, emotions, body, spirit, and identities, and their interplay with your world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm a licensed counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health. Trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and more, I use creative methods like art and music. Specializing in teens, young adults, and diverse challenges, I tackle trauma, relationships, and behavioral patterns for individuals, couples, and families.

What you can expect from our first session

I would love the opportunity to walk beside you in the sometimes-hard, often-messy, and always-beautiful journey to healing!
