Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have worked for over 16 years. The past eight I have run my own private practice. I am a graduate of State Joseph College (now Saint Joseph University) with a masters in marriage and family therapy. I work with families, couples and individuals. I specialize in anxiety and depression and family systems therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative. At all times I work with my clients to set goals that attainable and develop a pathway to achieving those goals. With each client it is a unique and tailored for specific family, couple, or individual.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a respectful, warm environment. I have found that the key to addressing issues is "progress not perfection."

I never judge any client situation. Rather, I help guide each client through what presents as a difficult situation in their lives. In the first session, I ask background questions and identify presenting problems that the client would like to work on or process.
