Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah Hart, LCSW, and I’ve been in the helping field for 8 years, practicing therapy for 5 years. I’ve worked in diverse settings such as crisis centers, residential treatment, schools, and virtually, helping clients from all walks of life. I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My experience includes working with ages 5-80, offering individual, group, and family therapy, and I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for you to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I take a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy, adjusting my methods to best support you. I’ve been trained in several approaches that focus on understanding your emotions, improving how you cope with life’s challenges, and exploring how past experiences may impact you today. I use techniques like mindfulness and emotional regulation to help you build resilience and grow. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can work together at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain valuable coping skills, deeper self-awareness, and a better understanding of your emotional patterns. Together, we’ll set clear, realistic goals that are meaningful to you, and I’ll support you as we work toward them. As you progress, you’ll develop tools to manage stress, build healthier relationships, and navigate life transitions with confidence. My focus is on empowering you to move forward in life, feel more grounded, and create lasting positive change.
