Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist specializing in somatic therapy and trained in EMDR, I use a trauma-informed, body-based approach to support nervous system regulation and safe, lasting healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, and trauma-informed. I meet you where you are, working with the body–mind connection to gently explore old wounds as they arise and build supportive internal resources. We focus on emotional and nervous system regulation, moving at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and supportive.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you have space to share your story and what you’re hoping for in therapy. Together, we’ll listen, get curious, and begin to clarify what feels most important. I strive to create a warm, grounded space where you can feel safe, supported, and comfortable being vulnerable. From there, we work collaboratively to support meaningful, lasting change.
