Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am Sarah Hellman. I serve a diverse population of clients within the Bay Area. I earned my Masters in Counseling Psychology with a Somatic Emphasis from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).

I hope to help you connect to your inner life, build resilience, create more choices for you to respond to what life presents, and move towards creating the life you desire.

My approach to therapy

I call upon a range of theories and modalities. Some of these include Trauma, Attachment, Multicultural and Relational theories, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Buddhist psychology, Eco-psychology, Dance/Movement, Mindfulness and Somatic modalities. My therapeutic approach is flexible, creative, and collaborative. Together we will identify your goals and the approach that works best for you.
