Great to meet you!
I am a compassionate and dedicated social worker with several years of experience supporting individuals through a variety of mental health and life challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from Nazareth University and have experience working in community mental health, crisis intervention services, preventive services, and private practice.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working toward meaningful change. I tailor treatment goals and interventions to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and experiences.
I utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients develop effective coping skills, navigate challenges, improve emotional well-being, and work toward their personal goals.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to meet you where you are and support you throughout the process. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
