Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated social worker with several years of experience supporting individuals through a variety of mental health and life challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from Nazareth University and have experience working in community mental health, crisis intervention services, preventive services, and private practice.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working toward meaningful change. I tailor treatment goals and interventions to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and experiences.

I utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients develop effective coping skills, navigate challenges, improve emotional well-being, and work toward their personal goals.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to meet you where you are and support you throughout the process. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, stress, and self-esteem concerns. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and build resilience while working toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns

Reaching out for help is a courageous first step. No matter where you are in your journey, we'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move toward the life you want.
