Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah, a licensed therapist specializing in maternal mental health. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive loss, or parenting, I’m here to support you through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the unique challenges that come with this life-changing time.

My approach to therapy

You might be struggling and feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or having intrusive thoughts at this time in your life. I try to create a compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental, and open minded space for therapy. I very much like a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self care. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, processing emotions, and strengthening your confidence through your journey.

What you can expect from me

I believe in a trust based relationship and going at your pace as you are comfortable. Rapport building is the foundation of creating that trust in our therapy sessions. I offer flexible scheduling utilizing telehealth sessions, to make it easier for you to get the support you deserve. If you’re ready to prioritize your mental health and well-being during this important journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
