Great to meet you!

I work with high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You may look like you have it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself behind the scenes. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood, build confidence, and work toward meaningful change without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a space to understand yourself more deeply while also giving you tools that make a real difference in your everyday life. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and work toward feeling more confident, balanced, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down, get to know each other, and talk about what brought you to therapy. You’ll have space to share what’s been going on at your own pace, and I’ll ask questions to better understand you and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a plan together, without feeling like you need to have all the answers on day one.
