Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and MSW graduate from the University at Buffalo (2022). My experience spans a variety of mental health settings, including schools, in-patient treatment, and private practice, allowing me to support clients in diverse ways. I have a passion for guiding clients on their journey toward their own healing, helping them discover the strengths and insights they already possess.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, and I welcome the use of humor when appropriate to help build connection and ease the process. I focus on identifying and building upon each client’s strengths while meeting them where they are, and we work together to clarify goals and move toward where they would like to be. I believe in clients having a strong voice in shaping their treatment and the direction of our work together.

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults, supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other mental health concerns. My interventions include CBT, DBT, and EMDR, supporting clients in processing past experiences and fostering growth toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive space with a strong focus on building rapport and trust. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while gently exploring your current functioning, any barriers that may be getting in the way of living the life you want, and relevant aspects of your personal history. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from our work, setting the foundation for a collaborative and individualized treatment process.
