Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving people who look like they have it together but privately struggle with anxiety, overthinking, ADHD, or the feeling that they’re never quite doing enough. They often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves despite being capable and successful in many areas of life.

I’m a UCLA-trained LCSW with dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health (MSW, MPH). I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship and family challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and bicultural experiences. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I enjoy helping clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck while also building skills they can use outside of therapy.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn’t one size fits all. Some sessions focus on understanding long-standing patterns, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you. Other sessions are more practical and focused on helping you navigate challenges in your day-to-day life.

I draw from CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and strengths-based approaches, but I tailor therapy to each person rather than following a fixed formula. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while also building skills that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been feeling difficult lately, and what you hope will be different over time. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, strengths, relationships, and current challenges so we can begin identifying patterns together.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before your first appointment. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, with a clearer understanding of where we’re headed and whether we’re a good fit.
