Anxiety and uneasiness are with you almost constantly. Irritated, annoyed, depressed...You can’t understand why you can’t seem to move past ‘it,’ no matter how hard you have tried. I believe in a non-judgmental approach to counseling that involves us working together. I look at you as the unique person you are, as well as your emotions and traumatic experiences that may be causing you distress.
