Great to meet you!

You might look like you have it together on the outside, but inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted. I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply — not just manage symptoms.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering virtual therapy across California. In addition to my private practice, I supervise associate therapists and lead a group practice, which keeps me actively engaged in ongoing clinical consultation and growth. My work is relational, insight-oriented, and grounded in both nervous system awareness and evidence-based trauma treatment.

Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen and understood in our work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is depth-oriented and collaborative. We explore not just what’s happening now, but the patterns, early experiences, and nervous system responses shaping your current relationships and sense of self.

I integrate IFS, relational therapy, and trauma-informed work to help clients process unresolved experiences, reduce anxiety, and build self-trust. Therapy with me is not overly clinical or rigid — it’s thoughtful, attuned, and tailored to you.

We move at a pace that feels safe while still supporting meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about clarity and connection. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life.

You can expect thoughtful questions, space to reflect, and a collaborative conversation about next steps. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we move at your pace.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether we’re a good fit and what our work together could look like.
