Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or struggling to find balance in your daily life? You do not have to navigate it alone. I provide compassionate, personalized mental health care in a supportive and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences, challenges, lifestyle, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that feels personalized and realistic.

I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic approach that considers the connection between mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being. Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, coping skills, and lifestyle strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. I value open communication and believe healing works best when clients feel actively involved in their care. Together, we work toward meaningful progress at a pace that feels supportive and achievable.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss their concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment.

My priority is creating a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood.

The initial appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we will review emotional and mental health concerns, current symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, stressors, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatment experiences. We will also discuss how symptoms may be affecting daily life, relationships, work, school, or overall well-being.

Clients should expect a collaborative conversation rather than feeling rushed or judged. Together, we will identify treatment goals and begin developing a personalized care plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping strategies, psychoeducation, or holistic wellness recommendations based on individual needs.

My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling supported, informed, and hopeful about their mental health journey.
