Great to meet you!

With 8 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, infertility, women's issues, cultural and identity concerns, chronic health conditions, grief, relationships, and major life transitions. I understand that life experiences, relationships, culture, and health can all shape how we see ourselves and move through the world.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself. My style is warm, affirming, and solution-oriented, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable bringing your full self without judgment.

My goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop greater self-compassion, and feel more confident navigating whatever season of life you’re in.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely understood while also helping you create meaningful change.

I draw from Attachment-Based Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Positive Psychology, and Art Therapy depending on your needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, relationships, emotions, and patterns while building a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need to move forward.

Whether you’re working through infertility, motherhood, grief, anxiety, identity concerns, chronic health challenges, or relationship difficulties, I’ll meet you where you are and help you develop tools and perspectives that support greater confidence, connection, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin creating a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope will feel different through our work together.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help us identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you.

My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful about the possibility of making meaningful changes in your life.
