Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Sarah and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) based in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master's degree from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM and have been practicing since 2012. My goal is to help my clients access their authentic selves and build their self-worth through a holistic, creative, and transformational process. My specializations include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and grief/loss.

My approach to therapy

I am a Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist and may encourage art making as part of the therapeutic process. Additionally, I use mindfulness-based techniques, skill-building, and a strengths-based approach.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time going over your goals for therapy and collaborating to create a plan for treatment to ensure we are honoring the time we spend together.
