Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and families who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship or family stress. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, but ready for meaningful change. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel supported, understood, and able to work toward greater clarity and growth. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. We’ll work together to better understand what’s been going on, build self-awareness, and focus on the changes that matter most to you. I aim to create a supportive, flexible space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we’ll take time to understand your story and what you’re hoping to change. From there, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your needs. Over time, clients often feel more confident, more self-aware, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges with a greater sense of direction.
