Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping Teens & Adults develop their personal strengths and learn to use their creativity for growth and healing. My ideal client is someone who is looking to heal from past trauma, learn to manage anxiety, or improve current relationships and quality of life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. I am trained in EMDR (somatic trauma therapy).

I have over 15 years working in the mental health field, in both non-profit community sector, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

I have a trauma-informed, relational focus. I aim to understand each person’s unique background including cultural identity, gender identity, spirituality and beliefs and how they influence each person’s life.

If you like into about EMDR, here is a video- https://youtu.be/Pkfln-ZtWeY
