As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I bring over 18 years of experience in the healthcare field. My journey began as a registered nurse with Johns Hopkins Health System, where I developed a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Today, as a master's-prepared advanced practice nurse specializing in mental health, I am passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves.

I believe in the power of listening, validating, and forming meaningful therapeutic relationships. My approach combines empathy with evidence-based treatment, including the use of psychotropic medications when appropriate, to support your overall well-being.
