Great to meet you!

I work with employees who require assistance with (EAP) Employees Assistance Program. I also works with ADHD clients, individual and families dealing with grief, and hospice care. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and learning disabilities. I work with clients where they are and my goal is to assist with helping clients to look forward to adjusting and healing.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy mostly in my practice. During the first session we will focus on the issue that brought you here. I like to incorporate Strength Based Therapy in some of my treatment, at time, also. We will discuss your reason for reaching out for therapy and discuss the best approach for you. The best approach may be CBT, or Solution Focus Therapy. The treatment will be tailored to your specific situation and the impact it has on your life. The therapy section will help you identify coping ways.

What you can expect from me

I realize that sometimes things can be difficult when trying to navigate issues on your own. You may need someone to talk to. Your relationship with the loved one or just help with dealing with life’s challenges. I will listen to your message and together, we will work on the best strategies to resolve your situation. Together, the goal is to help you identify coping skills that enables you to continue with your journey of healing.
