Great to meet you!

Whether you're a teen, young adult, or older adult, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you're feeling, and start moving forward with more clarity and confidence. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and life transitions, and I’m especially passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to manage what they’re carrying on their own.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, engaging, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help clients better understand their patterns, and create meaningful change. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time, so I often weave in moments of joy and connection to make therapy feel sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Being in the field since 2014, I bring a holistic lens to treatment that honors the whole person, not just the symptoms. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported as we work through difficult emotions together and help you feel more like yourself again.
