Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and life's overwhelming moments with compassion and care. With over a decade of experience, I take a holistic, client-centered approach that includes the connection between mind, nervous system, and emotional well-being. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to heal and make sense of your experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be fully seen and understood, so I focus on creating a space so you can show up as you are. I integrate evidence-based practices with mindfulness and body awareness to help you better understand your patterns, regulate your emotions, and reconnect with yourself. Rather than offering quick fixes, I work alongside you to build insight, resilience, and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we will begin getting to know each other. I'll ask yu sne questions about what's bringing you in, your background, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy, at your pace. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more at ease.
