Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from UC Berkeley. I believe that the patterns we develop often make sense in the context of what we’ve experienced, even when they no longer serve us. My goal is to help you understand yourself with greater compassion and curiosity while creating meaningful, lasting change. I offer a supportive space where you can be honest, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and feel fully yourself.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively to identify the patterns, reactions, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. Rather than simply trying to change a behavior or stop a difficult feeling, we’ll explore where these patterns come from and what they may be trying to communicate or protect. From there, we’ll develop practical ways to relate to yourself and your experiences differently. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to what feels most useful and meaningful for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’d like to be different, and what you hope to get from our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start—I’ll help guide the conversation. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin.
