Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents and adults (14+) in Texas and Washington State. I’m particularly drawn to explorations related to neurodivergence, gender and sexuality, life transitions, depression, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

I strive to provide warm, person-centered, and strengths-based care while using solution-focused strategies. I emphasizes a collaborative approach which honors everyone’s unique life experience and existing wisdom.

What you can expect from me

It is important for me to cultivate space with clients to explore their existing strengths while drawing out new perspectives when people feel “stuck.” My goal is to promote symptom relief by providing targeted skills and strategies so people can start to feel better. At the same time, I strive to provide a safe space for deep exploration to get to the root of unhelpful patterns. I firmly believe each person is the expert on their own experience, and my role is to help each individual uncover what works for them.
