I work with adults and couples who are navigating challenges like grief, trauma, or difficult emotions. My goal is to help you build the skills and support you need to feel more in control and at ease. I believe in creating a safe, trusting space where we can work together to address what's going on for you, using approaches like DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to guide the process.

My clinical experience has been working with personality disorders, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, depression, marital & relationship conflict, court/legal issues, domestic violence, veterans, sex workers, survivors of trauma, & of sex trafficking. I am certified in DBT, ACT, EMDR & CBT, & am certified as a personality disorder specialist.
