Great to meet you!

With over five years of experience in therapy, I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and families. My goal is to create a supportive and understanding environment where individuals can grow and thrive.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Specializing in chronic illness, trauma recovery, anxiety and depression, my goal is to help you reconnect with you true self. Through individualized treatment plans and working directly with your wants and needs, I work to guide you on a journey towards healing, offering tools to manage both physical and emotional pain. My goal is to help empower you to overcome all of life's adversities.
