Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful change starts with feeling heard, understood, and comfortable enough to be yourself. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and all the messy parts of life. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative, with a little humor mixed in. I love helping people connect the dots between their experiences, emotions, and patterns so they can better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and move toward a more intentional, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe our experiences and relationships shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate life's challenges. I help clients explore these patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and build practical tools for meaningful change to increase overall quality of life and relationships. Drawing from attachment-based therapy, family systems, EMDR, and strength based approaches, I tailor treatment to each person's unique needs, and life experiences. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Therapy starts with showing up, and I'm glad you're here. I believe we heal in the context of relationships, and therapy begins with building that connection, one session at a time. In our first session, we'll get to know each other, explore what brings you in, and talk about what you're hoping to gain. You can expect warmth, genuine curiosity, honesty, and a little humor along the way. There's room for the hard stuff, the messy stuff, and some laughter as we figure out the next steps towards healing/growth. If this feels like a good fit for you, I invite you to schedule a session. We'll start right where you are.
