Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who has been providing individual therapy since 2010. Though I have worked with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health symptoms, I have specialization working with older adults, those who have experienced trauma, and LGBTQIA+ clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is a balance of solution-focused interventions and client empowerment. I believe joy and humor are often necessary therapeutic interventions to help us get unstuck. I utilize an eclectic therapy style so that I can best meet clients where they're at. I am EMDR certified and also use elements of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, ACT, and dialectical behavioral therapies.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to have a supportive space to explore what’s working and not working in their lives. They can expect to take away coping skills and personal insight. My goal is for clients to learn how to live in the present so that they can engage more fully in their lives.
