Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience supporting parents, kids, and teens through stress, anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, and family challenges. I’ve worked in both mental health and medical settings, helping individuals and families feel more grounded, capable, and supported in daily life. My style is warm, practical, creative, and down-to-earth. I bring an IFS-informed lens as well as the Nurtured Heart Approach to help clients understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build confidence and connection. My goal is to help you and your child feel calmer, more understood, and more in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each family. I blend an IFS-informed perspective with practical strategies, emotional regulation tools, and the Nurtured Heart Approach to help kids and parents feel more connected and empowered. I often use art, play, and creativity with children and teens to help them express what’s hard to put into words. With adults, I focus on clarity, self-compassion, and realistic tools that actually fit real life. My goal is to help you understand your patterns without judgment so real, lasting change feels possible.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be supportive, grounded, and focused on truly understanding what’s going on for you or your child. We’ll talk through the concerns that brought you in, explore what’s been most challenging, and identify what you’d like to see improve. I’ll share initial impressions, offer a few practical next steps, and begin shaping a plan that feels doable and aligned with your goals. Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and not alone in the process.
