Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Indiana with 10 years of experience as a therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBTQ+ related issues, trauma and abuse, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will use your input to tailor our dialogue and treatment plan, focusing on your unique and specific needs. While I consider each person as an individual, I also encourage my clients to consider how community, environmental, and greater societal factors are affecting them. I look forward to getting to know you, and thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey!

My approach to therapy

I value a conversational and collaborative approach to therapy. While, yes, it is my job to offer fresh perspectives and applicable knowledge, I believe it is just as much my responsibility to honor the hard work that clients are already putting in by navigating their lives with skills and strengths they already possess.

What you can expect from me

There will be necessary information gathering, both about personal history and current life circumstances. These questions will be guided by client comfort level. I often sprinkle in information about coping skills or resources, if such information may be helpful as we start our work together, as I am curious to know what a client may have already tried.
