Great to meet you!

I am a passionate creative arts therapist with additional training in family therapy and systemic theory. I am a wife and mother, compassionate community member, returned peace corps volunteer, spiritually aligned Quaker, and international traveler. I started my career in NYC after attending Pratt Institute, and eventually launched internationally, living and working in both North and West Africa. I have worked adults and teenagers, as well as families and parents. I am passionate about working with individuals in midst of transitions and challenges, and trying to connect more deeply to themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

I see my work as imaginative, person centered, spiritual and systemic. I believe in the importance of relationships, social justice, identity and community. I use a blend of experiential directives with insight and attachment lens theories including IFS, EFT and Jungian psychology to help clients deeply engage with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

I can't wait to hear your story! During our first session we will review your goals, and discuss how we can work collaboratively to meet them. If you are open to the experience, we can incorporate artwork, writing or imagery to fully understand the scope of your issues, and to help externalize your problems.
