Great to meet you!

Have you ever wondered why a certain song or smell can take you back to a certain place in time? Or why you can hear your loved one in a crowd, even though you know they are no longer alive? Are you trying so hard to smile and to be happy that you feel like you may explode because YOU are struggling in silence? Please allow me to aid YOU in unlocking YOUR true potential. YOU deserve the freedom from negative self-talk. Let me take the journey with you, in being the BEST you.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with many of my clients. I have been utilizing my specific evidenced based practices for over 10 years. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, on a continuum. Healing is messy. I have the tools and skills to aid YOU in understanding yourself. I am straightforward, transparent, and will be able to use my background to assist YOU.

What you can expect from me

I am a hands-on therapist. I want to see your body language, educate you on it, show you the limitations in your thinking, or aid you in processing Grief. I believe that we all need help processing events in our lives. Whether it is a recent separation from a job, a person, a death, or a change in lifestyle living; I'm here for you. I am looking to motivate you in becoming the "driver" of your journey. Allow me in the back seat to coach you into the life you want to live.
