Sarah Lesko

Hey there! My name is Sarah Lesko. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in person in El Dorado Hills as well as virtually within the state of California. I am a ciswoman using she/her pronouns. Other identities that I hold are: parent of two littles, second-generation Chinese American, and Caucasian.

As an attachment-focused therapist, I help my clients to strengthen their relationships including the ones with themselves, their families, their friends and within their work. I especially love to work with the parent-child dynamic, regardless of the ages of the parent and child.

I also draw from other therapeutic orientations including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems and Play Therapy.

In our work together, clients will understand themselves and their loved ones better in order to make choices that are more in alignment with who they are.
