Great to meet you!

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Finance and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have additional training in Gottman Couples Counseling, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and life coaching. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is client-centered and collaborative in nature. The therapeutic relationship is essential to effective counseling and requires honesty, vulnerability, and courage. I provide a judgment-free space where you can be yourself! I integrate tools from a variety of theories tailored to your specific goals. My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and challenging relationships. I also have experience working through trauma and attachment issues. I enjoy working with couples and adults. I strive to meet my clients where they are and understand their goals for growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you will have an opportunity to share your life story and what brings you to therapy at this time. You will also get a sense of my therapeutic style, allowing you to decide if I am a good fit for you.
