Great to meet you!

Have you ever struggled to talk about the tough shit?

The anxiety that won't quit, the trauma that still runs your life, the ADHD diagnosis that reframed everything, or the patterns you can name perfectly but can't seem to stop.

Most of what's getting in your way made perfect sense at some point. Understanding where it came from is how we change it. Using EMDR, art therapy, and honest conversation, we get underneath the patterns rather than just managing them. The goal isn't coping better. It's trusting yourself enough to know the difference.

You'll get directness, humor, and compassionate inquiry. We'll get to the real thing at a pace that feels right. I work especially well with people navigating late ADHD diagnoses, trauma, and the exhaustion of a life that looks fine from the outside.

In person in Lakewood, CO and telehealth in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Florida.

16 years of experience. EMDR certified. MA in Art Therapy and Counseling, School of the Art Institute of Chicago. LPC-CO, LCPC-IL, LPC-WI, ATR.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works in three directions: understanding where things come from, seeing how they show up in your life now, and building change that actually sticks. Not just insight. Real shift in how you relate, how you react, and how you trust yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an intake. We cover history, what's bringing you in, and what you're hoping for. It's a little more structured than what comes after. From there sessions become a real conversation. I'm not a blank wall. I bring perspective, tools, and direct feedback into the room. By the end of our first meeting you'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit.
