Great to meet you!

You may spend so much time meeting other people's expectations, caring for those around you, or trying to hold everything together that you've lost touch with yourself. Anxiety may have become your normal, relationships may feel harder than they should, or you may be tired of feeling like you have to hide parts of who you are. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin making changes that feel true to you.

You don't have to keep carrying it by yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I provide a warm, affirming space where people from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and transgender clients, can feel respected, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe enough to be honest about what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward. We'll explore the experiences, beliefs, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges while creating lasting change that fits your life.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches while tailoring our work to your individual needs, values, and goals. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, or life transitions, our work will focus on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before we meet. Our first session is simply a conversation about what's been weighing on you, what you'd like to change, and what feeling better would look like in your life.

You can expect warmth, curiosity, and honest support throughout the process. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling understood, more connected to yourself, and equipped with practical tools to build healthier relationships, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and continue moving toward the life you want to create.
